Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 29, 2026
This policy explains what information ENVOREX Property Services LLC collects through this website, why it is collected, and how it is used.
Information you provide
When you submit the inspection request form, ENVOREX collects your name, phone number, ZIP code, the problem type you select, and any details you write. This information is used to respond to your request, discuss an inspection, and prepare a written scope.
Information collected automatically
To understand which advertising and search sources produce inquiries, ENVOREX stores campaign identifiers such as Google click identifiers and UTM parameters, the page you landed on, the page you submitted from, and the referring domain. This marketing data is attached to your request record.
To limit automated abuse of the form, ENVOREX stores a one-way hashed value derived from the network address and browser identifier of the submitting device. The original values are not stored and the hash is not used to identify individuals.
Advertising and measurement
This site uses Google Ads conversion measurement. Google may set cookies or use similar technologies to attribute a phone call or form submission to an advertisement. ENVOREX does not send your name, phone number, or message content to advertising platforms.
Call Measurement and Recording
When a person reaches ENVOREX after interacting with an eligible Google advertisement, Google may temporarily display a Google forwarding telephone number in place of the published business number. Calls are routed to ENVOREX’s actual business line.
Google may provide call-reporting information such as the date and time of the call, call duration, whether the call connected or was answered, approximate caller-area information, and advertising attribution.
ENVOREX uses this information to measure advertising performance, assess lead quality, identify spam or fraudulent activity, and improve how service requests are handled.
When call recording is enabled and a call is eligible, Google may record the conversation. Callers hear an automated notice at the beginning of a recorded call. Not every call is recorded.
Google’s handling of this information is governed by Google’s privacy practices.
How information is used
Information is used to contact you about your request, schedule and perform service, maintain project records, and measure advertising effectiveness. ENVOREX does not sell your personal information.
Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers that host this website, store request records, and deliver notification email, strictly to operate the service. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
Communication consent
By submitting the form you agree that ENVOREX may contact you by phone, text, or email about your request. You can ask to stop receiving messages at any time by replying to a message or contacting ENVOREX directly.
Retention and security
Request records are retained as long as needed for service, records, and legal purposes. Access to submitted requests is restricted to ENVOREX and its service providers.
Your choices
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted, contact ENVOREX at (680) 310-9390 or contact@envorex.com. Browser settings can be used to limit cookies, which may affect advertising measurement but not the ability to contact ENVOREX.
Children
This website is not directed to children and ENVOREX does not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the service changes. The current version is always available on this page.
