Descriptions of squirrel activity, removal methods, exclusion, repairs, and cleanup on this site are general and educational. They do not describe the conditions at any specific property and are not a diagnosis, inspection finding, or guarantee of outcome.

Submitting the form or calling ENVOREX begins a conversation. It does not create a service agreement, reserve a schedule slot, or obligate ENVOREX to perform work. Service begins only after ENVOREX provides a written scope and it is accepted.

Pricing depends on building height, roof and attic complexity, access, the number and location of entry points, trapping or exclusion requirements, the possible presence of dependent young, repair scope, cleanup needs, and follow-up requirements. Any figure discussed before inspection is preliminary and subject to the written scope.

Work requires safe access to the affected areas. ENVOREX may decline or pause work where access, height, weather, structural condition, or safety concerns make it unsuitable. Conditions concealed behind finished surfaces or in inaccessible cavities may not be identifiable during inspection.

Removal and exclusion methods are selected based on the property, activity, timing, access, and applicable regulations. ENVOREX does not guarantee a specific method, timeline, or number of visits in advance of inspection.
