Warranty Information
Warranty coverage for squirrel removal, exclusion, entry-point sealing, repair, and cleanup work is defined by the written service scope provided for a specific property. This page explains how coverage is determined. It is not itself a warranty and does not create coverage for any project.
Coverage is defined in the written scope
Each ENVOREX project includes a written scope describing the work performed, the areas addressed, and any warranty terms that apply. Duration, conditions, and exclusions vary by project. Where this page and a signed written scope differ, the written scope controls.
What coverage typically applies to
Coverage generally applies to the specific entry points, seals, and repairs ENVOREX completed and documented, under the conditions stated in the written scope.
Common exclusions
Areas not inspected or not accessible, openings outside the written scope, pre-existing structural deterioration, damage caused by weather events, roof failure, other trades, other animals, alterations made by others, deferred maintenance, and conditions arising after the completion date are typically excluded.
Recommended work the property owner declined is not covered, and declining recommended work may limit or void coverage on related areas.
Conditions that can affect coverage
Coverage may depend on completion of all recommended stages, payment terms, access for follow-up inspection, the absence of unauthorized modification to completed work, and timely reporting of any recurrence.
Reporting an issue
If squirrel activity recurs in an area covered by a written scope, contact ENVOREX at (680) 310-9390 or contact@envorex.com. Provide the property address, the approximate service date, and a description of what you are observing. ENVOREX will review the written scope and determine the appropriate next step.
No guarantee of future wildlife activity
Wildlife behavior, adjacent properties, tree cover, weather, and building conditions change over time. No inspection, exclusion, or repair can guarantee that wildlife will never attempt access again. Warranty coverage addresses the specific completed work, not future wildlife pressure generally.
